SHIPPING POLICY
Each item in our shop is sourced from a vendor we have specifically chosen as the best for that product for a variety of reasons - quality, cost, production time, sustainability, etc. For this reason, our items each have their own production process and each ship differently depending on where exactly they are coming from. Individual shipping details are available in the item description. Most items offer drop shipping directly to your door as well as in-person pick up at our Creekside studio office in Colorado.
RETURN POLICY
Many of our items are created custom so while we discourage returns, customer satisfaction is the highest concern and returns are handled on a case by case basis. Contact us if you would like to arrange a return.
PAYMENT METHOD
We try to accept most standard payment methods. You may even pay by cash or check in-person at our Creekside studio office in Colorado. If there is a payment method you would like to see that we do not currently offer, please contact us ... we would love the suggestion!
